Our home at 3245 Yarmouth Drive is a newly constructed in 2025, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family house, designed in a modern coastal cottage style. With 2,060 sq. ft. of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

The open concept living area features 9’ ceilings, stylish furnishings, and a cozy electric fireplace – a perfect gathering spot for movie nights or game evenings. Central air conditioning and heating (heat pump) keep the temperature just right year-round.

BEDROOMS: The primary bedroom suite offers a plush king-size Purple mattress, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed, TV, and spacious closet. Bedroom 3 has two twin-size bunk beds — perfect for kids! Both bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom countertops, soft-close cabinets, and a large island that seats 4. Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all cookware/dishware included. Dining area seats 6+.
